There is a certain magic to the Dutch seaside. The endless greenish-blue water, a backdrop of sandy beaches and dunes, and a sky that seems to go on forever.
Esther and Fedor were set on a beach wedding, with the flowers in soft pink tones mixed with eternal flower elements. The location venue, Beachclub 8, is nestled tightly on what could've been nearly described as a very private beach, looking out over the North Sea. It was an absolutely perfect spot for a beach wedding to take place on a late summer day.
They had the talented Angie Peralta from Wat een Plaatje as their photographer for this event, and they chose Cake by Bakverhalen to bake up a cake in true Dutch style.
It was a wedding that would go down in the books as one of the most unforgettable ones of all time! You might be wondering how I know this? I can think of many factors, but it's mainly because it was the wedding of two best friends: Esther and Fedor and the day could not have been happier and blessed surrounded by family and friends.

This is what makes Rockanje Beachclub 8 one of our favorite places for weddings in the Netherlands and It's easy to see why so many couples choose this place as their wedding location!
They started with a photo shoot outside with Angie Peralta from Wat een Plaatje, by the dunes as well as inside a beautiful reception terrace where we invited everyone to join us for summer-themed cocktails.
The air smelled of a mix of salty water and sunscreen; it was crisp yet not cold enough to make you want to go back inside. Esther waited patiently by the shoreline for her fiancé, Fedor.
Making way towards the beach where there were a couple of elegant rows of chairs facing the water, you see that all of our decorations were set up for this very moment. It's going to be perfect - we know this - but it still takes our breath away!

Wat een ontzettend herkenbaar en inspirerend stuk! Precies wat ik nodig had op dit moment. Ik ben het zo met jullie eens wat betreft het idee van 'life perfect', het is echt een waardevol inzicht om mee te nemen. Ik waardeer het enorm dat jullie dit met ons delen.
